Please note that in most cases we will ship your new Tara bag to you within 2-3 business days. If we don't have the bag readily available in our store, we would be happy to make it for you within two weeks. Of course, if this happens we will confirm with you via email if the new timeline works for you.
Returns Info
We hope you will enjoy your Tara bag but if for any reason you wish to return the bag, the process is very easy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
